1. Delivery Coverage & Zones

We ship our premium nuts, dried fruits, and organic spices to pin codes across India:

Metro Areas: Comprehensive coverage in all major metro cities including Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.
Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: Delivery via trusted express courier networks.
Remote Postcodes: Shipments to North-East regions, hilly states, and deep rural areas might take slightly longer due to regional logistics logistics.

2. Shipping Fees & Rates

We offer straightforward and affordable delivery rates based on order values:

Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all domestic orders with a cart subtotal value of ₹999 or more.
Standard Shipping Fee: A flat delivery charge of ₹60 is added to orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional charge of ₹40 may be applicable for COD orders to handle secure cash custody processes.

3. Processing & Dispatch Schedule

Our dispatch team processes orders daily from Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays):

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and handed over to our shipping carriers either on the same day or the following business morning.
Quality Check & Packing: Before dispatching, nuts and spices go through a strict final quality clearance and are sealed in airlock packs to avoid moisture.
Dispatch Confirmation: As soon as the carrier registers the package, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing the tracking links.

4. Expected Transit Timelines

Estimated shipping timelines after dispatch from our warehouses:

Local (Chennai & Bengaluru): 1 to 2 business days.
Other South Indian Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
Major National Metros: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India (Tier 2/3 and Remote locations): 5 to 7 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates supplied by courier companies and might experience brief overruns during heavy monsoons, regional festivals, or local strikes.

5. Vacuum Sealing & Packaging Standards

Nuts, seeds, and spices are agricultural products sensitive to weather and moisture. To preserve crunchiness and aromatic potency, we enforce strict packaging protocols:

Vacuum Sealing: Whole nuts and premium dry fruits are packed in vacuum-sealed packets to avoid humidity during shipping.
Aroma Preservation: Whole and ground spices are stored in double-walled, zip-lock food-grade foil bags to keep their essential oils intact.
Transit Protection: Heavy cardboard boxes and bubble wrap sleeves are used for glass jars and bulk items to prevent breakage.
