• Natural Variation: Since nuts, spices, and dry fruits are natural agricultural products, minor variations in size, color, and texture are normal.
• Packaging: Actual packaging might occasionally differ slightly from website mockups due to manufacturer upgrades or custom batch packs.
• Stock Limits: All products are subject to stock availability. In the rare event an item is sold out post-order, we will offer a replacement or process a refund.

• You agree to supply accurate, current, and complete details during checkout and address registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or safety breaches regarding your profile.

• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to alter pricing at any time without prior notice due to seasonal harvest supply changes.
• Secure Payment: Transactions are handled through encrypted portals (Razorpay). We do not record or save your credit card credentials.
• Order Acceptance: Order receipt messages do not constitute final shipment confirmation. We hold the right to refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors or suspected wholesale resellers bypassing consumer limits.

Our logistics team handles dispatches efficiently to ensure nuts and spices arrive fresh:

• Processing Times: Standard orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from order placement.
• Delivery Targets: Final delivery dates vary based on your postal area (usually 3 to 7 business days).
• Shipping Fees: Any relevant delivery charges are transparently calculated at checkout based on package weight and location.

Due to the perishable nature of nuts, spices, and dried fruits, our return guidelines are structured as follows:

• Damaged / Incorrect Items: If you receive transit-damaged packages or incorrect products, report it to our customer desk with photo/video proofs within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
• Change of Mind: Once a food item's sealed airlock packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns for health and hygiene reasons.
• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it gets dispatched. Once the courier partner picks it up from our warehouse, cancellations are not allowed.
